We cannot believe how few Americans actually know this. Even Fox News apparently needs to send at least one their talking heads and all of their fact checkers to a remedial “dumbbell” Constitution of the United States class. Is it any wonder those hideous gold drapes are hanging in our White House as a totally inappropriate backdrop for an absolutely illegitimate “president.”

Take my Son…..

A wealthy man and his son loved to collect rare works of art. They had everything in their collection, from Picasso to Raphael. They would often sit together and admire the great works of art..

When the Vietnam conflict broke out, the son went to war. He was very courageous and died in battle while rescuing another soldier. The father was notified and grieved deeply for his only son.

About a month later, just before Christmas,

There was a knock at the door. A young man stood at the door with a large package in his hands..

He said, ‘Sir, you don’t know me, but I am the soldier for whom your son gave his life. He saved many lives that day, and he was carrying me to safety when a bullet struck him in the heart and he died instantly… He often talked about you, and your love for art.’ The young man held out this package. ‘I know this isn’t much. I’m not really a great artist, but I think your son would have wanted you to have this.’

The father opened the package. It was a portrait of his son, painted by the young man. He stared in awe at the way the soldier had captured the personality of his son in the painting. The father was so drawn to the eyes that his own eyes welled up with tears. He thanked the young man and offered to pay him for the picture.. ‘Oh, no sir, I could never repay what your son did for me. It’s a gift.’

The father hung the portrait over his mantle. Every time visitors came to his home he took them to see the portrait of his son before he showed them any of the other great works he had collected.

The man died a few months later. There was to be a great auction of his paintings. Many influential people gathered, excited over seeing the great paintings and having an opportunity to purchase one for their collection.

On the platform sat the painting of the son. The auctioneer pounded his gavel. ‘We will start the bidding with this picture of the son. Who will bid for this picture?’

There was silence…

Then a voice in the back of the room shouted, ‘We want to see the famous paintings. Skip this one.’

But the auctioneer persisted. ‘Will somebody bid for this painting? Who will start the bidding? $100, $200?’

Another voice angrily. ‘We didn’t come to see this painting. We came to see the Van Goghs, the Rembrandts. Get on with the Real bids!’

But still the auctioneer continued. ‘The son! The son! Who’ll take the son?’

Finally, a voice came from the very back of the room. It was the longtime gardener of the man and his son. ‘I’ll give $10 for the painting…’ Being a poor man, it was all he could afford.

‘We have $10, who will bid $20?’

‘Give it to him for $10. Let’s see the masters.’

The crowd was becoming angry. They didn’t want the picture of the son.

They wanted the more worthy investments for their collections.

The auctioneer pounded the gavel.. ‘Going once, twice, SOLD for $10!’

A man sitting on the second row shouted, ‘Now let’s get on with the collection!’

The auctioneer laid down his gavel. ‘I’m sorry, the auction is over.’

‘What about the paintings?’

‘I am sorry. When I was called to conduct this auction, I was told of a secret stipulation in the will… I was not allowed to reveal that stipulation until this time. Only the painting of the son would be auctioned. Whoever bought that painting would inherit the entire estate, including the paintings.

The man who took the son gets everything!’

God gave His son over 2,000 years ago to die on the Cross. Much like the auctioneer, His message today is: ‘The Son, the Son, who’ll take the Son?’

Because, you see, whoever takes the Son gets everything!

FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD, HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHALL NOT PERISH BUT SHALL HAVE ETERNAL LIFE WITH HIM.

The ant works hard in the withering heat all summer long, building his house and laying up supplies for the winter. The grasshopper, even though he is young healthy and able-bodied, thinks the ant is a fool and laughs and dances and plays the summer away.

Come winter, the ant who, though very tired after a long summer spent working hard in the unrelenting heat of the summer sun, is now warm and well-fed in front of his tiny fireplace in his small snug home. The grasshopper has no food or shelter, so he dies out in the cold.

The Ant and the Grasshopper, Version Two

Come winter, the shivering grasshopper calls a press conference and demands to know why the ant should be allowed to be warm and well-fed while he, the grasshopper who spent the entire summer playing and taunting the ant, is now cold and starving.

CBS, NBC, PBS, CNN, and ABC show up to provide pictures of the shivering grasshopper next to a video of the ant in his modest but comfortable home with a table filled with food.

America, ignoring all the hard work the ant has put in each and every day of his life while being ridiculed by the grasshopper who apparently had nothing else to do all summer long, is stunned by the sharp contrast. How can it be, that in a country of such wealth, this poor grasshopper is allowed to suffer so?

Kismet D. Frog appears in a special with the grasshopper; and everybody cries when they sing, ‘It’s Not Easy Being Green…’

Occupy the Anthill stages a demonstration in front of the ant’s modest but well-maintained house where the news stations film the SEIU group singing, “We Shall Overcome.” Then the Rev. Jiminey T. Locust has the group kneel down to pray for the grasshopper’s situation, while he damns all of the ants worldwide.

The person who has usurped the office of President of the United States blames President Bush (43), President Bush (41), President Reagan, Christopher Columbus, and the Pope for the grasshopper’s plight. Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid exclaim in an interview with Larry King that the ant has gotten rich off the back of the grasshopper and both call for an immediate tax hike on the ant to make him pay his fair share.

Finally, the EEOC drafts the Economic Equity Act retroactive to the beginning of summer — every summer, since the very first ever summer. The ant is fined for failing to hire a proportionate number of green bugs even though the ant never had any employees because he couldn’t afford them.

Having nothing left to pay his retroactive taxes, the ant’s home is confiscated by the Government Green Czar and given to the grasshopper.

The story ends as we see the grasshopper and his free-loading friends finishing up the last bits of the ant’s food while the government house he is in, which, as you recall, just happens to be the ant’s old house, crumbles around them because the grasshopper doesn’t maintain it since that involves actual work. The ant has disappeared in the snow, never to be seen again. The grasshopper is found dead in a drug related incident, and the house, now abandoned, is taken over by a gang of spiders who terrorize the now ramshackle, but once prosperous and peaceful, neighborhood.

The entire Nation collapses, taking the rest of the free world with it.

MORAL OF THE STORY: Be careful how you vote in 2012.

Our other, and primary, founding document, The Declaration of Independence, states:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

The Supreme Court got this one partially right (See article at WND). We’ll see how they do with the abomination known as “Obamacare.” AND we’ll see if they ever get around to doing their job in regards to the usurper and the Constitutional crisis caused by his usurpation of the office of President of the United States. BUT, if they continue to refuse to do their job . . . well, that brings us back to where this post began.

It is the contract that WE THE PEOPLE made with our government over 200 years ago. In that enduring document, one will discover that GOD gave us, the people, the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. WE THE PEOPLE have granted some specific rights to our government. However, the current “government” has run amuck and usurped powers never granted to it. Since WE granted only certain rights to our government — WE THE PEOPLE have the RIGHT and the RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that our government operates only within the bounds our founding document sets. Sometimes reestablishing breached boundaries requires a revolution of one sort or another.

If you are waiting to read it on the pages of your newspaper or watch it on the news with film at eleven, you are going to be waiting a while. The Mainstream Media are heavily invested in the leftist one-world order wacko agenda. They are, in fact, the leftist propaganda outlet. As a direct result, we are being fed stories about how only Mitt Romney stands a chance against the usurper when in reality anyone, even Yellow Dog (or any color of dog, really, since we’ve never seen a dog that didn’t come complete with an unending supply of “shovel-ready projects” and other positive economic impetuses) would beat Obama in a fair election. But this story favored by the leftist media has the added advantage of allowing them to dump their mortally-damaged incumbent and still have their agenda ride in for the win. In case you haven’t figured it out yet, Mitt is a leftist so he will be able to advance their “progressive” goals as well as anyone.

Personally, we are not concerned that Obama will serve out a second term. It isn’t going to happen. But the lack of substantive news coming from the sources many folks unwittingly depend upon for information does concern us.

The media have done their very best to marginalize and/or smother all reporting of Obama’s ineligibility to hold the office he has usurped. In fact, if the media had done their job, Obama would never have gotten into the 2008 Democratic primaries to start with. But they didn’t do their job and they have no intention of starting now. If you need convincing of this, read Kris Zane’s article “The Mainstream Media Blackout of the Arpaio News Conference” in which Zane provides a link to a Pravda article by Dianna Cotter (Yeah. PRAVDA.) which reads, in part, as follows:

A singularly remarkable event has taken place in the United States of America. This event occurred in Arizona on March 1st and was an earth shattering revelation.

A long awaited press conference was given by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, a five time elected Sheriff, which should have made national and international headlines. Arpaio’s credentials include serving in the United States Army from 1950 to 1953, service as a federal narcotics agent serving in countries all over the world with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and served as the head of the Arizona DEA. Without doubt, this is a serious Law Enforcement Officer, not one to be taken in by tin-foil-hat wearing loons.

Yet, in the five days since his revelations there has been little in the way of serious reporting on the findings he presented in his presser. With 6 short videos, the Sheriff and his team presented a devastating case, one the tame US press is apparently unable to report.

This article is well worth reading. It goes on to delve in depth into the actual laws Obama has been and is breaking. Laws he obviously is well-acquainted with:

Years before the 2008 election, Barack Obama was involved in efforts to amend the US Constitution to allow those who were born to parents who were not citizens to become President along with those born overseas. Those efforts have occurred several times in recent history, and all have failed. It must be intelligently asked why this was a concern at all for the then Senator.

There are two reasons for Obama’s concern. The first lay in Article 2 section 1 of the constitution which states: “No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President,”

The second reason for Obama’s concern lies in the Supreme Court of the United States case Minor V. Happersett (88 U.S. 162) 1875 which defines Natural Born Citizen:

“The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.” Minor v. Happersett

This U.S. Supreme Court case decided that Virginia Minor, the plaintiff, could not use the 14th Amendment to claim citizenship and the right to vote because she was a Natural Born Citizen, and therefor unable to lay claim to the statutory citizenship the 14th Amendment gave to former slaves, which included their right to vote. This is the only U.S. Supreme Court case in the history of the United States to clearly define what a Natural Born Citizen is. It has been cited in dozens of cases since.

This is an issue which cannot be brushed aside by Mr. Obama. His father, Barack Obama Sr. was a student from the British Commonwealth of Kenya, a British Citizen who never sought to become a US Citizen, and indeed was eventually forced to leave the country. Mr. Obama has only one parent who was an American Citizen. Obama clearly does not meet the requirements of Natural Born Citizen as defined by the Supreme Court in Minor v. Happersett.

The Founding Fathers, the men who wrote the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, discussed these very reasons why no person of divided loyalties, divided nationalities, should ever have command of America’s armed forces. Dozens of letters and many debates in the constitutional conventions recorded these concerns, always returning the “Law of Nations”, Emerich De Vattel’s encyclopedic record of the laws civilized nations had developed over two thousand years of which the founders were clearly aware of in their debates:

“The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.”

Definitely well worth reading. Ms. Cotter even goes on to tell us WHY Obama has gone to all this trouble to forge a HAWAIIAN birth certificate. Now, an article like Ms. Cotter’s on the front page of any AMERICAN newspaper would have the presses running overtime just to keep up with the demand. That alone would be quite a novelty for any part of the mainstream media which has long since run themselves into virtual bankruptcy and virtual oblivion with their refusal to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth and allow Americans to decide for ourselves what we think. But that story is NOT being published. AT ALL.

And neither, of course is the story of Obama’s impreachment. Below is a video entitled “Media Cover-Up Of Obama Impeachment Exposed!” In it, Alex Jones clearly and correctly states that “(Obama) has already committed TREASON.” Obama isn’t the only one, of course. As we opined in a previous post, so have Eric Holder, Janet Napolitano, Leon Panetta and many members of Congress, as well.

It is, however, this part of what Alex Jones has to say that troubles us the most:

You would think that would be news but no, there’s a blackout on it. If the globalists can get away with this, they can get away with anything. We are having our liberties stomped on every front. Foreign banks that have captured Europe are now trying to take over America. They don’t want Congress, the people’s representatives, between them and their puppet. Republican leadership has been part of this in the past, as well; but now, when the Secretary Of Defense told Congress that no you have no authority over war now, it was really over the top. If we put up with this we are all in deep trouble now. There is a reason they are coming out in the open with this now. They are just getting everyone acclimated to dictatorial control. The impeachment against Obama has begun. He has been caught red-handed He is not only a dictator but he works for and takes orders from the UN. BREAK THE MEDIA BLOCKADE! Get it out to everybody.

We think that is a good idea.

The more we thought about the video of the hearing before Senator Sessions et al where Dempsey and Panetta blatantly declared themselves and the usurper to be traitors to the United States of America and the American people, the more the fact that Senator Sessions was, in truth, not AT ALL SURPRISED by those stunning revelations from our modern day Benedict Arnolds bothered us.

We agree that impeachment should go forward. No question. The entire “administration” should be put on trial. Especially Eric Holder, Janet Napolitano and Gumba Panetta. They should, also, be found guilty and removed from office. Evidence of their crimes abounds. Here is one article, this by Raven Clabough, to get you started: Obama’s Military Actions in Syria May Be Impeachable. (Well, of course. TREASON is ALWAYS an IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE.)

Of course, evidence of Clinton’s crimes abounded, too, but that didn’t stop the leftists (led in that instance by Dick Gephardt) from refusing to follow the law and do the right thing. But, sadly, we have become inured to the left’s disregard for law and for the Constitution. It’s never a surprise when they act completely in character.

What is disturbing us here is that Jeff Sessions wasn’t in the least surprised by this blatant breach of the Constitution even though he claimed he was. We knew that this has been going on for sometime so Ron Paul’s article posted today on infowars.com, An Administration Gone Rogue, in which Paul points out that this has been going on since 1942 didn’t really shed much light on what was bothering us. Although, we do agree that even if this has been going one since 1842 (yes, that not a typo), that is no excuse to allow it to continue. As Paul states, “The Constitution is the law of the land and for Congress to allow it to be flouted speaks as badly about Congress as it does about a president who seeks to do the flouting.” Our elected officials are accountable for each and every breach of the Constitution of the United States, or should be, anyway.

And, of course, it isn’t “just” this preemptive take-over of our military by foreign (globalist) powers that has us bothered. There is also the little matter of National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012

In our view, any member of Congress who voted for National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 should also be impeached, found guilty and removed from office. The problem is, they are the folks who are supposed to do the impeaching.

What is going on currently in our government should be anathema to Americans. ALL AMERICANS. Including those who represent us. But that is not the case. Our government of the people, by the people and for the people no longer exists. It has been replaced by a foreign government. And that foreign government is at war with the American people. And that has us bothered. Do we wait for the elections in November?

On March 1, 2012, Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse announced their findings thus far in their investigation into Obama’s origins. They have concluded that all documents Obama has made available to support his claim to be eligible to hold the office of President of the United States of America are forgeries. They will not go so far as to accuse Obama of fraud yet, but we will. The guy calling himself Barack H. Obama is a usurper. He has no right to occupy the White House, or to sign any bills into law, or even to make suggestions never mind appointments, or to so much as have a hamburger (forget endless vacations) at the expense of the American taxpayer. He MUST, instead, BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE.<--Period
